About AI MentorZ

For over two decades, I built software across industries—engineering, finance, healthcare, and more. I’ve worked with AI long before it became mainstream. I’ve used expert systems, machine learning, and now large language models like GPT-3. I studied how they work. I prototyped with them. I even used them in a FinTech consulting role.

At first, I saw AI as just another tool—useful for brainstorming, drafting, automating grunt work. But I didn’t expect how quickly businesses would rely on it to replace entire teams, often without understanding the risks.

After months of watching AI hype turn into real-world chaos—product launches rushed with AI-generated content, legal teams overwhelmed, contracts signed without review—I realized: AI isn’t replacing people. Poorly trained people using AI are replacing themselves.

That’s when I stepped in.

In August 2025, I was asked to help a chief counsel untangle a disaster caused by a marketing manager who used AI to launch a product—without legal input. The damage was real. The pressure was high. The team was broken.

I started mentoring her. Within weeks, she was using AI to draft, review, and accelerate her work—without losing control. The team stabilized. The process improved.

I saw a pattern: High-value employees are being replaced not by AI—but by people who don’t know how to use it responsibly.

So I started offering AI technical consulting—not to teach coding or math, but to help experienced professionals use AI with confidence, clarity, and control.

Because the best AI isn’t built by machines.
It’s built by people who know how to use it.
